However, we have received notification from Fireman's Fund (FFIC) that as a result of recent correspondence you received from FFIC, you were advised and did complete a form which transferred your professional liability account to a new broker (Marsh ConsumerConnexions) for administration.
Based on conversations with our Dentist's Advantage insureds who have also completed this form, the vast majority did so because they were confused and felt it was required that they complete this form or risk jeopardizing their current professional liability policy. This is simply not the case.
